Welcome to the Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Tryout. This version of Adobe Photoshop is intended to give you a preview of the features of Adobe Photoshop 5.0. It includes nearly all of the core features found in the full version, except that it will not allow you to save, print, export, copy files to other applications via the clipboard or use drag and drop to copy images to other files. Furthermore, to minimize its size, this tryout version includes only a small sampling of the plug-in filter effects available with the full version. The full version of Adobe Photoshop 5.0 includes a total of more than 95 different effects filters. This tryout version of Photoshop also installs a minimum set of ICC Profiles.
Adobe Photoshop 5.0 supports Power Macintosh® computers with Mac OS® 7.5 or later, and Intel®-based PC’s running Windows® 95, Windows NT® 4.0, or any later version of Windows. You should have at least 32MB of RAM installed on your system.
